Aiken County Pool Grand Opening - Saturday - Aiken County Recreation Center's Pool will be opening for the season with vendors, ribbon cutting and free swimming for everyone from 10 AM - 2 PM.

Artrageous! Family Sunday - Sunday - Feet, Feathers, Fins and Fur is the theme as staff from Riverbanks Zoo discuss how different species of animal survive their habitats. Bring your kids to learn and then create their own fish print. 2 PM at the Morris Museum of Art. Free Event.

Black White Read Art Exhibit - Friday - Opening reception for the new gallery of sculptures, paintings, works on paper and opportunities for you to participate. Westobou Gallery at 5 PM. Free Event.

Dinner en Blanc - Friday - Dinner on the Terrace at the Arts and Heritage Center of North Augusta. Dress in white and bring a picnic dinner. Tickets are $30, 803-441-4380.

End of School Lock In - Friday - Airstrike is hosting an epic end of school year lock in/parents night out. Check in at 8:30 PM and play until Midnight. Pizza & Drinks provided, door prizes, raffles and contests. Cost is $30.

Films on Friday - Friday - Morris Museum of Art will be showing The Roman Spring of Mrs Stone at 12 PM. Bring a lunch and enjoy the movie! Free Event.

Free Kids Camp - Saturday - Burn Boot Camp is kicking off a new season of Burn Kidz - Free camp for grades 2 - 8. 10 AM at Burn Boot Camp in Evans. Free Event.

Kids Night Out - Friday - Bring your kids ages 2 - 12 to the Kroc Center for a night of fun while you enjoy an adults night out. Dinner is included! Cost is $20.

Library Book Sale - Friday, Saturday - Evans Branch library will hold a big book sale in the foyer. 10 AM - 5 PM each day.

Mudbugabeaux-N-Brew Crawfish Festival - Saturday - Crawfish, shrimp and local brews! Live music and more at this outdoor celebration. Gates open at 5 PM, music starts at 6 PM. Cost is $20 day of.

Music Cruise - Friday - Live Jazz favorites aboard the Augusta Canal Music Cruise. Bring your own snacks and drinks. Cost is $25. Reserve your spot 706-823-0440.

National Trails Day: Twilight Hike - Saturday - take a twilight hike on the campground loop at Mistletoe State Park. Cost is $5 parking. 8 - 9 PM.

Run for the Hills 5k - Saturday - 5K off-road run or walk on the Land Trust's 262 Acre nature preserve on Martintown Road in North Augusta. 8 AM at Greystone Preserve. Proceeds benefit the land and wildlife habitat in the CSRA. Cost is $35.

Summer Beach Blast - Saturday - It's that time of year again for the Summer Beach Blast at Evans Towne Center Park. Live Music, Island Food, Tropical Drinks and a Sandy Shore! Gates open at 5 PM. Tickets day of $20.

Summer Reading Program Kickoff - Saturday - The whole family is invited to celebrate the start of the summer reading program. Hands-on activities, magician, free snacks and more. 11 AM at the Appleby Branch Library. Free Event.

The Art of Swing Dancing - Friday -Bring your friends for a night of dancing. Learn the theory, concept and dance instruction of partner dancing in the style of swing. No experience necessary. 7 PM at the Jessye Norman School of the Arts. Cost is $7.

Walk Your Pet Hike - Saturday - 2.5 mile leisure hike through nature park trails with your 4-legged friend. 9:30 AM at Phinizy Swamp Nature Park Visitor's Center. Cost is $2.

World of Bugs - Friday - Close look at creepy crawlies at Mistletoe State Park. 1 - 3 PM. $3 per child, maximum of $10 per family. $5 parking.

Yotopia Grand Reopening - Saturday - Celebrate the new and exciting things happening at Yotopia. For only $1 you can fill your cup with however much you'd like. Try new flavors and check out their homemade fudge. 12 PM - 10 PM.
